Shipping

Q. What shipping methods do you offer?

A. We ship items via USPS first class mail with a tracking number.

Q. Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

A. We ship items within the U.S. through our website. International orders outside the U.S., please visit our Etsy store at to place your order.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. We ship items within 1-5 business days. Once shipped, USPS takes an average of 2-4 business days for delivery.

Q. Do you offer expedited shipping? Or Can you expedite my order?

A. Typically USPS Ground Advantage is just as fast as the expedited shipping methods however please contact us after making your order if you need a faster shipping option. We can also expedite your order and guarantee to ship in 48 hours (and usually only 24 hours) for a small fee. For this contact us by replying directly to your order email with your needs.

Q. My tracking shows delivered, but I never received it. What can I do?

A. Usually when this happens the item was delivered to a neighbor’s house and is found within a few days to a week, 90% of the time. Please check with your neighbors and your USPS carrier for assistance. Also please confirm your shipping address. If the item still doesn’t show up, please contact us.

Q. How can I track my order?

A. You will receive an email any time your order status changes. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order.

Orders

Q. I need to change my order! (Can I make changes to my order before it ships?)

A. No problem! Contact us by replying to your order email (preferred) or via the form. Changes may not be possible if it’s been more than 3 business days since the order was placed.

Q. Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?

A: Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that time, production of the item may have started, and cancellation might not be possible. Please contact us by replying to your order email with your need and we will do our best to help.

Q. Can I place a large order?

A: Yes! To start, please send an inquiry via the contact form, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Q. My order is a gift. Do you offer gift wrapping and/or message card options?

A: Yes we can send a gift note with your order, just leave us a comment during checkout. Gift wrapping is available as an addon, just purchase it in the shop. Be sure to check the description for the gift wrapping details.

Q. My order is a gift. Do you include price information on your packing slips?

A: Don’t worry, we never include the price on any of the packages we ship.

Return Policy

Q. What is the return & exchange policy?

A: For non-personalized items, we offer hassle-free returns. The items must be in original, unused condition.

For personalized items, we accept returns exclusively for defective or damaged products. We do occasionally make exceptions to this policy depending on circumstances, so if you are truly unhappy send us a message and we will see what we can do.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will provide a return label. Upon receiving the product, we will issue a refund.

Q. How are refunds issued?

A: Items returned in acceptable condition with a postmark less than 14 days after the delivery date will be credited at the item price to the original form of payment (including any tax, but not including express shipping). Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Payment

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept PayPal, Venmo, and major credit cards. You do not need a Paypal account to check out even though Paypal is our checkout system. Paypal will process the transaction regardless if you have an account or not.

Q. I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

A: Your receipt can be found in your account on the website and is also emailed to you immediately after checkout. If you checkout without an account it is still emailed to you and there is a link in the email with your order status/details.

Others

Q. Should I buy on your website or Etsy?

A: You can choose either option based on your preference.

Items will be slightly cheaper via our website and also more options are available (Example: Rainbow button option is currently only available through our website). We are also not required to collect sales tax if you live outside of Missouri.

If you are more familiar with Etsy and feel comfortable buying items from the platform, Etsy is also a good option.

Shipping time, quality of items, customer service will be the same no matter which platform you choose.

Q. I saw similar items on a website/Facebook. Are you selling on multiple platforms?

A: The only places to buy our products are 3dmeowmeow.com (this website) and our Etsy shop, 3dmeowmeow.etsy.com

We aware of other online shops selling similar products, indicating that there are copycats of our items (and they even use our listing photos). Unfortunately these are dishonest companies, often located in china or overseas, that steal our intellectual property and make cheap replicas of our products. We have been contacted several times by customers regarding issues with these products, or to ask why the product was never received. We are working to stop these companies but it is not always possible or we are not aware of them. If you think you found an instance of infringement please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate for any problems caused by other websites.
